Course Description: A systematic study of the Church in relation to the eternal purpose of God and what this implies for this present generation. Particular care is taken to give a scriptural analysis of what God is saying to the Church today. In society today, many Christians do not see the need to be regularly involved with the local church. This course will provide the biblical basis for the place and eternal purpose of the local church and offer practical application for each believer's role in it. Course Description: The Epistle to the Romans is considered by many scholars to be the hallmark of Pauline literature. In it Paul presents his material in such a way that the reader arrives at the exact conclusion that he desires them to have. The scope of the book covers all aspects of the work of redemption; from conviction to glorification. It also shows that the work of God is consistent; whether among the Jews or the Gentiles. No other book gives as complete and clear of an overview of the process of salvation as this Epistle. He is known for having both wide and deep knowledge of the Bible and if anyone is considered an “expert” on the Bible, Lanny would fit the bill. Course Description: Personal Evangelism is designed to equip the students in the basic skills and principles of sharing the Gospel one-on-one with another individual and leading that individual into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
